Richard Kramer

Richard Kramer has over 40 years of experience in the architecture and construction consulting industry. Currently serving as a Business Development professional at AHA Consulting Engineers since June 2019, Richard focuses on client vision and success throughout various projects, particularly in MEP design. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President at Gleeds USA, contributing to the company's global consultancy efforts. Richard also served as Principal & Director of PreDesign Services at Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects and Vice President at Stevens & Wilkinson, where a range of architectural roles and project experiences were undertaken, including commercial, governmental, and educational projects. Richard began the career as an Architectural Intern at Simpson & Associates, Inc., while pursuing graduate studies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
