Jon Mims

Jon Mims serves as the Vice President of Service Operations and Analytics at AHEAD since February 2024, following the merger of AHEAD with CDI, a prominent provider of digital business platforms. Before this role, Mims held the same title at CDI LLC from September 2014 to February 2024, where responsibilities included driving business transformation and operational efficiency in cloud and managed services. Previous positions include leadership roles at Cbeyond as Director of Managed Services, All Covered as Director of Acquisitions and Field Engineering, and various positions at Century Solutions Group, New England Network Group, Inacom Information Systems, and IBM. Mims holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Valdosta State University.
