Rick Malonee

Rick Malonee has extensive experience in technical support and infrastructure onboarding. Currently working at AHEAD since March 2022, Rick specializes in LogicMonitor infrastructure onboarding, acting as a liaison among clients, service account managers, project managers, and engineers. Prior to this role, Rick served as a Senior Analyst at vCORE Technology Partners from April 2018 to March 2022, where Rick contributed to enterprise operations as a Level 2 Analyst. Rick's experience also includes technical support for Compellent Storage at Dell from May 2014 to February 2018, ensuring efficient resolution of client cases. Earlier in Rick's career, Rick was a licensed insurance agent at The Hartford and served in the United States Marine Corps as an E-4 Corporal, gaining valuable leadership and mechanical skills. Rick holds an Associate of Science in Cyber Security and Networking from Rose State College, completed in 2014.
