Ryan Lairson

Ryan Lairson serves as the SOC Service Account Manager and Team Lead at AHEAD since February 2020, overseeing various security operations including SOC, EDR, and vulnerability management. Prior to AHEAD, Ryan held the position of Service Account Coordinator in the Security Operations Center at RoundTower Technologies, LLC, and spent nearly seven years at Dell as a Client Field Tech Service Analyst. Earlier, Ryan worked as a Network Administrator at Remke Markets Corporate, where responsibilities included implementing a help desk ticketing system, and at Mobilized Systems Inc., where Ryan managed daily IT functions and developed efficiency procedures within the network environment. Ryan graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2006.
