Joonas Mäntymaa

Joonas Mäntymaa's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Joonas started their career in 2005 as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Finnish Defence Forces, where they gained knowledge about discipline and leadership. After that, they worked as an Insurance Agent at Tapiola, focusing on B-to-C and B-to-B sales. Joonas then joined LähiTapiola part-time while studying at university, working in face-to-face customer service and sales. Joonas later joined Hilti Great Britain as a Project Specialist, handling large projects and achieving recognition as the employee of the month multiple times. Joonas continued their journey with Hilti Suomi, taking on roles such as Account Manager, Regional Manager, and National Manager, driving sales growth and leading a team. Currently, Joonas holds the position of Area Sales Director at Ahlsell Oy.

Joonas Mäntymaa completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from the University of Oulu. Joonas attended the university from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics, with a focus on Management and Business Administration, also at the University of Oulu. Joonas completed their master's degree in 2013.
