Amy Shortall-Cardillo MSN, RN, COS-C, WCC is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in compliance, education, and staff development within home health and hospice services. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Education and Director of Special Projects at Concordia Home and Community Based Services since June 2019, Amy has also held roles at AHN Healthcare at Home and Celtic Healthcare, Inc. since 2015 and 2005 respectively, including Staff Development Manager and Clinical Education Supervisor. Amy is skilled in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational initiatives grounded in evidence-based practice and has a strong background in managing clinical education and onboarding processes. Amy earned a Master of Science in Nursing as an Executive Leader from Kaplan University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
