Kendra Cropps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global sourcing, import/export management, and sustainability within the retail and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Global Sourcing Manager at Peapod Digital Labs since December 2020, Kendra previously held multiple roles at Delhaize America, including Import/Export and Sustainability Senior Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating product exports to Indonesia and managing supplier contracts. Kendra's analytical expertise was demonstrated in positions such as Category Analyst and Stabilization Team Analyst, focusing on margin optimization, category strategies, and process improvements. Kendra's earlier career included roles in pricing analysis and store management at Food Lion and Sterling Jewelers, respectively.
