Charlene Kahler

Charlene Kahler has extensive experience as an executive assistant, currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Total Rewards at Instacart since December 2020. Previously, Charlene held positions at Palantir Technologies as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO and at Salesforce in various roles, including Executive Briefing Coordinator and Executive Assistant in the Commercial Sales and Mergers & Acquisitions teams. Charlene's career also includes administrative support at BlackRock for the Securities Lending and Prime Brokerage teams, and earlier positions at Z Collection, Keatley, and NY Image, where responsibilities involved management of schedules, travel arrangements, and financial operations.
