Fenna Dijkema

Fenna Dijkema is a professional with extensive experience in talent and leadership development, currently serving as Global Manager Talent and Leadership Development at Ahold Delhaize since March 2019. Previously, Fenna held roles as Global Talent Development Specialist and worked at ING from March 2017 to December 2017, initially as an intern focused on implementing new learning methodologies for private bankers and then continuing as a Sales Support professional. Earlier research at de Volkskrant involved studying preferences for facial features in leaders and their impact on voting behavior. Fenna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Developmental Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, completed in 2014, and further education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2017.
