Kornelis Maat

Kornelis Maat has a diverse work experience, starting as an Associate at KPMG Audit in 2006. Kornelis then progressed through various roles at KPMG US, including Assistant Manager and Manager. In 2014, they joined KPMG as a Senior Manager and later became a Partner in 2018. In 2020, they worked as a Finance Director at Strukton Rail before returning to KPMG Nederland as a Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Financial & ESG Reporting at Ahold Delhaize since November 2023.

Kornelis Maat obtained an MSc degree in Accountancy and Controlling from the University of Groningen between 2005 and 2008.
