Zdeno Fedeš

Zdeno Fedeš has a diverse work experience with a focus on sales and business development. Zdeno is the CEO & Founder of Ahoy Career, an international recruitment company specializing in the Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian, German, and Dutch markets. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Sales for BlueWinston.com, a tool for Google Search advertising. Zdeno also has experience working at Google, where they held positions as an Agency Development Manager and SEM Online Strategist for Google AdWords. Additionally, they worked as a Business Development Specialist at DocPlanner.com, where they conducted market research, segmented target groups, identified customer needs, and developed B2B relationships.

Zdeno Fedeš began their education in 2011 at the International School of Management in Prešov, Slovakia, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Ethics in 2014. In 2014, they enrolled in the University of Warsaw, studying Accounting and Business/Management for a year. From 2015 to 2017, Zdeno attended Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Warszawie, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Online Marketing & Social Media.

In terms of additional certifications, Zdeno completed the Digital Marketing Leadership Course developed with Google in January 2017. Zdeno also acquired various Google AdWords certifications in display advertising, mobile advertising, search advertising, shopping advertising, and video advertising. Furthermore, Zdeno obtained a Google Analytics certification.
