Gerard M Sansoni has over 12 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2007, they began their career as a Call Centre Agent at the National Development Bank PLC (NDB). From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Front Office Agent and Call Centre Representative / Shift Leader at Atlantis The Palm. In 2010, they moved to Emaar, where they served as a Concierge Shift Leader. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Business Development Director at Range Developments. In 2017, they co-founded AID-Consultants, where they also served as a Co-Founder and Board of Director. In 2019, they co-founded AHOY LLC, where they are the Director of Business Development & Operations, and they also became a Non Executive Board Member at Parklio Holding Ltd.

Gerard M Sansoni has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they attended the UC Berkeley School of Information and studied Data Science. From 2006 to 2007, they attended the Australian College of Business and Technology and received a Certificate and Degree in Business Marketing Management and Technology. From 1996 to 2006, they attended St. Peter's College Colombo and received a College Degree in Mixed Subjects.
