Sylvester Naraine, CPA, has extensive experience in the finance and accounting field. Sylvester started their career as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Accountemps in 2010 before moving on to Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York in various roles such as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Senior Coordinator, Client Accounts & Cash Receipts, Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller, and Financial Controller. In 2022, they joined AHRC Nassau as the Vice President of Finance, where they oversee the financial department of the organization and its affiliates. Throughout their career, Sylvester has demonstrated expertise in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing technologies to improve processes.

Sylvester Naraine, CPA obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting from Kaplan University in 2011. In 2015, they also became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the New York State Education Department. Additionally, they received a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) certification from ACCA in 2007.
