Director of Social Services Charmine Roseau

Charmine Roseau serves as the Director of Social Services at A Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since November 2019. With extensive experience in social services, Charmine has held various roles, including Direct Care Counselor at AHRC Suffolk since February 2008, and Director of Social Services at multiple facilities, including Horizon Care Center, Long Beach Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and Cassena Care. Additionally, Charmine has worked as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at AHRC Nassau and as a Social Worker at Northwell Health. Charmine holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services from Brooklyn College.
