Gene Kim

Gene Kim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gene started their career as a Compliance Intern at Riggs Bank in 2004 and later worked as a Finance Intern at Viacom. Gene then joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor before becoming a Consultant at Sashi Restaurant. In 2006, they joined The Harris Group at Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they worked until 2011. After that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at both Del Mar Equity Partners and Greenlaw Partners. Following these roles, they joined Sicuro Realty Partners as a Senior Analyst and worked there until 2014. Finally, in 2013, they became the COO & Co-Founder of AHV Communities.

From 2001 to 2005, Gene Kim attended Pepperdine University, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. No specific field of study was mentioned.
