Marina Gracia March

Marina Gracia March currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Ouchhh, overseeing project execution and business relations in the MENA region since February 2024. Concurrently, Marina is a co-initiator at AI House Davos. Previous experience includes serving as an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman from September 2016 to September 2023, where Marina supported C-level executives and led multidisciplinary teams in developing strategic plans across MENA and the EU, and as a product owner for financial services technology. Marina has also held leadership roles in the Global Shapers Community, including President of the Madrid Hub and impact officer for the Dubai Hub, participating in multiple World Economic Forum events. Educationally, Marina holds multiple master's degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and has also completed executive education at Wharton.
