Jiten Kumar

Jiten Kumar is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in data engineering and software development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at iCustomer since July 2023. With a rich career spanning over 18 years, Jiten has held senior roles at several prestigious organizations, including Senior Director of Engineering at Terminus and Zylotech, as well as Senior Developer at Standard Chartered Bank. Jiten's expertise encompasses data product development, data pipeline management, and software engineering, further complemented by substantial contributions to the AI Innovators Community and mentorship through Techstars. Jiten holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and has furthered education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology through the System Design & Management Program.
