Rachel Tay

Rachel Tay has over 17 years of experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Head of Finance and Administration at AI Singapore since May 2019. Prior to this role, Rachel held multiple senior finance positions at the National University of Singapore from July 2006 to February 2019, including Senior Manager of the Organisational Excellence Transformation Unit Finance and Faculty Finance Lead for the Faculty of Engineering. Rachel's career began at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where Rachel worked as a Senior Officer in the Office of Finance from August 2005 to June 2006. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting from The University of Queensland, completed in 2000.
