Benoit Morisset

Benoit Morisset has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of robotics, AI, and computer vision. Benoit began their career as a Ph.D student at LAAS-CNRS and later worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at SRI International. Benoit then served as a Computer Scientist and Senior Computer Scientist at SRI International's Artificial Intelligence Center - Robotics.

Afterwards, Benoit Morisset took on the role of Innovation Manager at ECA Group and later became the CEO of PIXMAP, where they developed technology to enhance robots' 3D environment representation and localization capabilities. Benoit then joined Apple as an Engineering Manager and Sponsor, where they contributed to the company's projects.

Following their time at Apple, Benoit Morisset worked as a Consultant for various tech startups in the areas of AR-VR, computer vision, AI, and robotics. Benoit also served as CEO and Advisor in different companies such as AI Verse, Rabot, EZAKO - Augmented Analytics and Anomaly Detection, and BRAINTRONIX.

Overall, Benoit Morisset has demonstrated expertise and leadership in both technical and managerial roles within the robotics, AI, and computer vision industries.

Benoit Morisset pursued a Ph.D in Robotics and AI from 1998 to 2002 at LAAS-CNRS.
