Hila Yakobovich

Hila Yakobovich has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Hila began working at Israel Defense Forces in 2010, where they held a role in the Behavioral Diagnostics Department until 2012. In 2015, Hila joined Adam Milo as a Candidate Diagnostics. Hila then worked as an Office Administrator at SimilarWeb from 2016 to 2017. Hila's next role was as a Human Resources Associate at Singular from 2017 to 2019. Hila then moved on to BeyondMinds, where they worked as an HR Manager & Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Hila is working at AI21 Labs, starting as an HR Manager in 2021 and currently holding the position of Director of HR.

From 2017 to 2020, Hila Yakobovich studied at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. Hila obtained a B.A. degree in Behavioral Sciences.
