Yaniv Markovski

Yaniv Markovski currently serves as the Head of Developer Relations and Head of Customer Operations at AI21 Labs since December 2023, while also acting as an AI Advisor at AI Transformation Advisory since September 2023. Previously, Yaniv held the position of Head of AI Specialist at OpenAI from March 2022 to September 2023, and prior to that was the Head of Support at Mapbox from November 2018 to March 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Support at both Domino Data Lab and SentinelOne, and Manager - Tech Support at Zendesk, where Yaniv progressed from Customer Support Specialist to Team Lead. Earlier roles include Business Analyst at manofIT and Sales Application Developer at NICE Systems, contributing to the development of intent-based solutions. Yaniv holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, obtained in 2011.
