Penelope Gan

Penelope Gan currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at AIA, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Penelope Gan was the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at AmBank Group from October 2014 to September 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with businesses in Malaysia’s top universal bank.
