Gary Goh

Gary Goh is currently the Chief Technology & Operations Officer at AIA Malaysia, a position held since January 2019, where leadership in technology, digital, and analytics strategy is a key focus, along with overseeing customer service and life operations for 4.7 million clients. Previously, Gary served as Chief Technology Officer at AIA Bhd., leading IT initiatives to enhance innovation and data analytics for business growth. From March 2005 to January 2019, Gary held various senior roles at MetLife, including VP of Asia Solutions Delivery and VP of International IT Architecture & Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed managing application development and overseeing IT architecture across a vast international landscape. Earlier in Gary's career, from 1996 to 2005, a role as Senior Manager at Accenture was undertaken, following the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Malaya.
