Leah Alissa Bayer

Leah Bayer is an accomplished architect and leader in the architectural field, currently serving as President of Architects FORA since February 2021, following the merger of OJK Architecture & Planning and EVIA Studio. As a Strategic Councilor for The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a Past President of AIA Silicon Valley, Leah notably became the youngest president in the organization's 77-year history, as well as the 10th woman to hold this position. Leah's extensive experience includes co-founding Firm Acquisition Consultants, acting as a Business Advisor for Practice of Architecture, and holding various roles at prestigious firms such as Perkins+Will and William Maston Architect & Associates. Leah holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
