Mindaugas Snipas is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector and large-scale construction projects. Currently serving as the Structural Discipline Leader and Senior Structural Engineer at Aibel, responsibilities include conducting steel structural analysis, creating technical drawings, and performing risk analysis. Previous positions include roles at UAB Energetikos projektavimo institutas, Statybos Valdymo Biuras, and Uniqon/Techmaris, where Mindaugas developed expertise in structural engineering for power stations and various other projects.
