Maria Teresa Arcidiaco is the Founder of Noble Goal Academy, established in January 2018, which specializes in coaching and soft skills development through an in-depth coaching approach. As President of the ethical commission at AICP - Associazione Italiana Coach Professionisti since October 2015, Maria Teresa contributes to the professional coaching community. With a freelance career starting in January 2009, Maria Teresa serves as a coach trainer, collaborating with organizations such as Coca Cola HBC and previously leading the coaching program at Birra Peroni. Additionally, Maria Teresa has extensive experience as a Corporate & Life Coach, having held a marketing director role in large distribution chains for 15 years. Maria Teresa began their career in marketing at Grande Distribuzione Meridionale spa from 1990 to 2005, focusing on promotional activities and customer service. Educational credentials include a degree in Economics from the University of Messina and specialized coaching training from recognized institutions.
