Vincenza Vicino is an experienced professional in coaching and human resources. Currently serving as the Responsabile Coaching Club Emilia Romagna and Corporate & Business Coach at AICP since May 2018, Vincenza supports companies, managers, entrepreneurs, and freelancers in coaching processes aimed at enhancing awareness of potential and developing soft skills to achieve goals and manage performance. In addition, Vincenza has held the position of Vice Responsabile Coaching Club Emilia Romagna and HR Director at Albatros 1973 coop. a r.l since March 2002, overseeing personnel recruitment, selection, development, and compliance with regulations and contracts.
