Kenny Dow

Kenny Dow has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Kenny is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Aidance since September 2019. Previously, they held the position of President & CEO at L.E.S.S (Lean Enterprise Solutions Specialists) since May 2009. Kenny has also worked as the VP Global Quality & Process Optimization at Revlon from January 2017 to August 2019. Prior to that, they served as the VP Operations at Mana Products from May 2016 to January 2017. Kenny has held various other positions such as GM/Plant Manager at Electrolux Major Appliances, VP Lean Systems at KDC, Senior Vice President & General Manager at Corwood Packaging, and Vice President Operational Excellence Corporate and General Manager at KIK Custom Products. Kenny started their career at Outsourcing Services Group as OSG - VP Quality Systems Corporate - General Mgr Precision Packaging, VP Operations Kolmar Labs, and later joined Emerson Electric Co. as the Director of Quality Systems.
