Kristin Solås-Johansen

Kristín Sól Ólafsdóttir is a skilled engineer with a Master's degree in Robotics & Autonomous Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Reykjavik University. Kristín's professional experience includes working as a Master Thesis researcher at KTH, focusing on enhancing Visual SLAM algorithms for dynamic environments through moving object classification. Additionally, Kristín served as a Control System Engineer at Verkís Consulting Engineers, where control systems for hot water supply were implemented, along with customer collaboration and documentation. Prior experience includes internships at ON - Orka náttúrunnar / ON Power.
