Marte Nes

Marte Nes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Beginning in 2004, they worked as a Kundekonsulent at Tryg Forsikring for six years before transitioning to the position of Markedssjef, Kundeservice Privat at Tryg from 2010 to 2012. In this role, they led a satellite team and handled sales follow-up, coaching, recruitment, and daily operations of customer service.

From 2012 to 2015, Marte worked as a Trafikksikkerhetskoordinator at Buskerud fylkeskommune, where they advised on traffic safety and served as secretary for the county's road safety committee, overseeing projects such as the Verditransport -TA VARE campaign.

Marte then joined Akershus fylkeskommune as a Public transport adviser from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they provided expertise in public transportation matters.

From 2018 to 2022, Marte worked at Ruter AS, first as an Advisor from 2018 to 2020, and then as Leder pris og brukerbetaling from 2020 to 2022. During their time at Ruter, Marte gained experience in pricing and user payment strategies.

In 2022, they joined Netlife as a Strategisk rådgiver innen produktledelse, contributing to product management strategies and advice.

Currently, Marte holds the position of Product Operations Manager at Aidn, where they utilize their skills and experience to enhance product operations.

Marte Nes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in European Studies from the University of Bergen (UiB) in the years 2004-2007. Marte then pursued their Master of Science degree in Comparative Politics from the same university during 2008-2009.
