Traswell C. Livingston III

Traswell C. Livingston III serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at AIDS Services of Dallas since December 2011, overseeing operations for multiple licensed special care facilities and program performance for over 225 multi-family units. In addition to leading AIDS Services of Dallas, Traswell C. Livingston III acts as Board Chair for the National HIV/AIDS Housing Coalition, operates a real estate brokerage focused on urban and historical developments in South Dallas, and provides real estate consulting through T III Investments. Prior involvement includes significant roles in the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance, the North Texas HIV Service Providers Council, and various leadership positions within community organizations. Traswell C. Livingston III holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Kansas State University and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University, alongside real estate education from the Champions School of Real Estate.
