Bianca Carrillo

Bianca Carrillo is a skilled program manager with extensive experience in non-profit management and community outreach. Currently at AIDS United since October 2017, Bianca has previously held roles as a program associate and gained valuable skills at Starbucks as a shift supervisor, where customer service and team management were pivotal. As vice president of the College Democrats at Pepperdine University, Bianca enhanced the club's social media presence and organized significant public debates. Academic involvement included serving as a Model United Nations delegate, achieving recognition at the National Model United Nations conference. Early career experiences included internships focused on civil rights communication and public policy, contributing to issues such as anti-Semitism and youth homelessness. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Ethnic Studies from Pepperdine University.
