Dejan Serbedžija

Dejan Serbedžija is a proactive professional with diverse experience in organizational development, finance, and sales. Currently serving as a Student Brand Ambassador at Banca Intesa Beograd, Dejan promotes the bank's initiatives to university students and conducts educational workshops on its products and services. As an Organizational Development Specialist at AIESEC in Serbia, Dejan develops strategic plans and manages programs to enhance organizational growth. Previous roles include Vice President of Finance and Legality, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management, as well as positions focused on event logistics and business development. Dejan is pursuing education at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics in Subotica.
