Óscar Segarra

Óscar Segarra has held various roles and responsibilities in their work experience. Óscar started in 2020 as a Team Member in the international internships program Global Talent at AIESEC in Spain. Óscar managed the process of Exchange Participants and matching them with suitable opportunities. Later, they became a Team Leader in the same program, where they were responsible for managing the process of Exchange Participants, assisting and coordinating team members, and ensuring their development and goal achievement. In 2021, Óscar was promoted to Vice President of Outgoing Global Exchanges at AIESEC in Bellaterra. In this role, they were a member of the Executive Board and responsible for the operation in the committee. Óscar managed both exchange programs, Global Talent and Global Volunteer, overseeing team delivery and providing assistance. Additionally, Óscar served as the President of the Organizational Committee at Foro Joven Bellaterra in 2020. Óscar coordinated a team in delivering a hybrid event focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Their responsibilities included ensuring the team's coordination, goal achievement, and the successful delivery of the event which featured 5 speakers, 3 workshops, and had over 40 delegates in attendance.

Óscar Segarra completed their bachelor's degree in Economics at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2018 to 2022.
