Joe Jorczak has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and communication industries. Joe is currently the Head of Global Revenue at AiFi Inc. since 2022. In 2021, Joe served as the Head of Industry & GM, Service & Support Solutions at Yext, where they defined and executed the strategic direction for the company's service and support solutions. Prior to that, they were the Industry Solutions & Sales Leader at Zendesk from 2019 to 2021, where they led the sales strategy and solution development for the global Communications, Media & Entertainment industries.

Joe also has experience working at Medallia as the Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts from 2017 to 2019, where they focused on improving customer experiences through software solutions. Before that, they held a leadership position as the Vice President, Strategic Accounts at Synchronoss Technologies from 2016 to 2017, where they led the North American sales team in delivering digital solutions and advanced analytics to communication service providers.

From 2008 to 2016, Joe worked at Oracle in various roles, including Senior Director, Communications & Media Industry Solutions and Director, Client Advisory Services. In these positions, they worked closely with C-level executives to develop and implement transformation strategies using Oracle solutions. Prior to Oracle, Joe worked at BEA Systems as the Director, Enterprise Services Executive, which was later acquired by Oracle.

Joe's career began at IBM in 1998, where they held multiple roles, such as Business Development Executive, Communications Sector Leader, and Managing Consultant. Joe managed consulting teams and developed IBM's global Telecom Industry strategy. Joe's work experience showcases their expertise in revenue leadership, industry solutions, sales strategy, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Joe Jorczak has a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategy & Marketing from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English from Penn State University. In addition, they have earned certifications such as KCS v6 Practices Certification from The KCS Academy and CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in December 2021.
