Tuomo Oila

Tuomo Oila's work experience begins in 2015 as a Course Assistant at the University of Helsinki, where they instructed and supported students in programming-related courses. In 2016, they joined the University of Helsinki as a Software Developer, working on the development of a TestMyCode plugin for the IntelliJ IDEA development environment. Later in 2016, they briefly worked as a Frontend Web Developer at Haahtela Oy. In 2017, Tuomo joined Haahtela HR Oy as a Software Designer, transitioning to a Frontend Lead Developer role. Tuomo was responsible for maintaining code, refactoring, technical design, project management, and team leadership. During this time, they also became proficient in technologies such as React, Redux, Flux, Cypress, Jest, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, and Python. In 2021, they moved to Softability Oy as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Developer at Aiforia Technologies, starting in 2023.
