Gioia Della Rosa

Gioia Della Rosa has extensive work experience in organizational capability and transformation consulting, change advising, coaching, and teaching. Gioia currently holds the position of Organizational Capability & Transformation Consulting Director at Sanofi, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at GDR Consulting Group as a Change Advisor & Senior Consultant, where they engaged with corporate clients undergoing large business transformations. Gioia also worked as a Professor at LUISS Business School, specializing in Change Management Lab. Additionally, Gioia has served as an Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, a Board Member at Assochange, and a Senior Advisor at EY. Gioia has also worked as a Corporate and Leadership Development Coach at BetterUp and an Executive Coach at Thrive. Gioia Della Rosa gained significant experience during their tenure at Nike, where they held multiple managerial positions, including Senior Director of Change & Transition Management and Director of Transition Management in Global Supply Chain Planning.

Gioia Della Rosa has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NYU Stern School of Business. Gioia also holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Teachers College, Columbia University. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Economics with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University. Furthermore, Gioia has received several certifications including the Columbia Credential Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) from Teachers College, Columbia University in February 2023, the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in March 2022, and the Team Diagnostic Survey Certification (Level 2) in February 2020. Gioia is also an Executive Coach certified by Columbia University in the City of New York and is a member of the International Coaching Federation - Global Board.
