Karen Breen

Karen Breen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karen currently serves as the Owner and Executive Coach at Seachange Strategy LLC, where they work with individuals, companies, and consulting firms to unlock their potential. Prior to this, Karen was a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, where they focused on strategic thinking, executive presence, change management, and talent management. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Comcast Cable and Monster, where they played a key role in driving subscriber growth and improving marketing strategies. Karen also gained valuable experience at NEBS, where they developed their B2B direct response skills and increased conversion rates through innovative marketing strategies.

Karen Breen has a diverse education history. Karen obtained a Columbia Coaching Certification from Columbia University, completing the program in 2020. In 2012, they attended Harvard Business School and completed the General Management Program. In 1988, they earned an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, with a focus on Marketing. Before that, they pursued their undergraduate degree at Northeastern University, graduating in 1983 with a BA in Journalism and Political Science.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Karen has also obtained several certifications. In 2023, they received the Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments. In 2020, they obtained the Columbia Credential Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) from Teachers College, Columbia University. Lastly, they obtained the International Coaching Federation certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2023.
