Brian Windsor

Brian Windsor currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Aileron Therapeutics since March 2024, following a similar role at Lung Therapeutics, Inc. from July 2013 to March 2024, where Brian led a clinical stage biotech company focused on innovative solutions for serious lung diseases. Windsor was a Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at TFF Pharmaceuticals from October 2019 to March 2022, contributing to the development of unique drug products utilizing patented Thin Film Freezing technology. Other significant positions include President of Enavail, where Brian advanced specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing, and Executive Vice President at Emergent Technologies, overseeing life science opportunities. Windsor possesses a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and a B.S. in Biology, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
