Kristen Rhoads

Kristen Rhoads currently serves as the People Engagement Manager at Aileron since August 2018, following a significant role as the Director of Programs for Kentucky Campus Compact at Northern Kentucky University from December 2013 to July 2018. Kristen's career also includes various positions at Mount St. Joseph University from July 2011 to December 2013, such as Assistant Director of Service Learning, Instructor for Career and Experiential Education, and Coordinator for Service Learning. Additionally, Kristen held instructional roles at Miami University between September 2009 and May 2011 while completing a graduate assistantship in the School of Education, Health, and Society. Kristen Rhoads earned a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Ohio University.
