Rafal Styczen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rafal is the Founder and CEO of Ailleron, a company that specializes in providing efficient and innovative technological solutions for the financial, telecommunications, and hotel industries. Rafal also serves as the Chairman of the Board at Meble.pl S.A., a furniture company. Rafal has founded and acted as the CEO of the IIF (Internet Investment Fund), an early stage technology investment company. Additionally, they were the Founder and CEO of BillBird, a retail financial service that was later sold to Gtech Corp. Furthermore, Rafal has held executive positions at Comarch, a software house and integrator, where they managed and grew the telco sector of the company and was responsible for international business development.
Rafal Styczen's education history begins in 1986 when they obtained a High School Diploma from Gymnasium Julich in Germany. From 1989 to 1994, they attended AGH University of Krakow, where they earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree as well as an M. Sc. degree in Computer Science. Following this, in 1995 and 1996, they pursued a Postgraduate program in Corporate Finance at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. In 1996 and 1997, they enrolled in Minnesota State University Moorhead, where they completed half of an MBA program. In 2005, Rafal Styczen attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, participating in the Executive Program for Growing Companies (EPGC).
