Waldemar Stelmach

Waldemar Stelmach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and system analysis, currently serving as Delivery Director at Ailleron since January 2017. In this role, Waldemar oversees scrum-based development processes, manages teams, and leads the functional development of various systems while collaborating closely with product managers and analysts. Prior to Ailleron, Waldemar held positions at Software Mind, contributing as a Senior Software Engineer and Business Analyst, focusing on sales support systems and credit risk assessment projects. Waldemar's career began at CDN Partner, where expertise in ERP system implementation and desktop application development was established.
