Clare Sexton-Stern

Clare Sexton-Stern joined AIM in 2016 as a Manager of Talent Acquisition & Retention (MTAR), where she quickly built a reputation of accountability, positivity, and grit. As the Minneapolis office continued to grow, Clare moved into a Senior MTAR role, working directly with consultants while also coaching her peers. In 2019, she was promoted to the Director of Recruiting for Minneapolis and now oversees recruiting for the entire central region. Clare prides herself on promoting vulnerability within her team, celebrating failures (and learning from them), and maintaining a growth mindset. Clare grew up in Minneapolis (just about 10 minutes from the office) and graduated from The University of Wisconsin- Madison. Outside of work, you can find Clare hiking, running, reading, or doing just about anything outdoors.

She is originally from Minneapolis, but left the Twin Cities to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating with degrees in Psychology, Human Development & Family Studies, and a minor in Business. Prior to AIM, Clare worked as a Sales Manager for Macy’s.

Outside of work, Clare loves to run, get lost in a good book (both fiction and non-fiction), and spend as much time as possible doing activities outside.
