Katie Nordstrom serves as the Director of Recruiting - National at AIM Consulting Group since October 2020, leading a team focused on fulfilling diverse internal positions across various levels, including technical and executive roles. Previously, as the Managing Director at Prodigy Resources, Katie played a pivotal role in building relationships and facilitating successful recruitment processes. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Bryn Neil International, enhancing client engagement, and as a Healthcare Recruiter at LocumTenens.com. Katie is also involved with Women Impact Tech, advocating for gender equity and professional growth for women in technology. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Public Relations from Kennesaw State University.
