Ahmed Rashwan

Ahmed Rashwan is an AI Engineer at AIM Technologies. Ahmed has been with the company for 3 years and 2 months, during which time they have held the positions of AI lead, ML Engineer, and software developer. Rashwan is responsible for developing the AI Engine used at AIMTechnologies, which contains many SOTA Arabic models built in-house, including sentiment analysis, keyword extraction, spam detection NER, and language models. Ahmed is also responsible for optimizing these models using techniques and technologies such as quantization and ONNX, deploying them into production using Docker, FastAPI, Flask, and monitoring their performance. To date, these models have processed more than 800 million documents, most of them in real-time environments. Rashwan has also worked as a freelance software developer and Android developer. Ahmed has 4 years of experience in creating beautiful and performant Android apps using best practices in Java programming and is currently focusing on machine learning (deep learning) using Python.
