Conrad Riddle

Conrad Riddle possesses extensive experience in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Vice President of HR Shared Services and Total Rewards at Aimbridge Hospitality since January 2017. Previous roles include Director of Total Rewards and Director of Benefits at Aimbridge Hospitality, as well as Director of Total Compensation & Safety and Corporate Manager, Human Resources at Evolution Hospitality. Riddle's earlier experience includes roles at Talend, where responsibilities encompassed all HR functions for US employees, and at Disneyland Resort, where recruitment efforts for the Disney College Program were coordinated. Riddle holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of California, Riverside.
