Jill Urbanoski

Jill Urbanoski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jill currently works at the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) since 2017, where they have held positions such as Chief of Staff, Managing Director of Leadership, Talent & Organizational Development, and Founder & Executive Director of the AIMCo Foundation for Financial Education. Prior to their current position, Jill also worked at Ducks Unlimited Canada from 2012 to 2017, serving as a Major Gift Development Support Specialist and Communications Specialist. Jill also worked at the Alberta Real Estate Association as a Communications Coordinator from 2009 to 2012, and at Spruce Meadows as a Media Relations/Special Features Coordinator from 2008 to 2009.

Jill Urbanoski has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Linguistics from the University of Alberta, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Jill later pursued a journalism degree specializing in Print Media at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2007 to 2009. Jill also completed a Technical Writing program at Mount Royal University in 2011, focusing on Community Investment Professional Extension Certificate. In addition to their formal education, Jill has obtained a Masters certificate in Organizational Development & Change Management from Schulich ExecEd. Jill also has a certification in CFA Investment Foundations from the CFA Institute.
