Krista Ramage

Krista Ramage has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Krista is currently working at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) as the Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and HRIS. Prior to that, they worked at Cenovus Energy in various roles including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Sr Manager of Workforce and HR Operations, and Manager of Business Enablement.

Before joining Cenovus Energy, Krista held several positions at ConocoPhillips, including Senior HR Business Partner, Director of Strategic Staffing, Team Lead of Recruiting & Staffing, and HR Business Partner. Krista also worked at Husky Energy as an HR Advisor for Campus Recruitment and an HR Analyst for Total Compensation. Krista Ramage obtained a diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Mount Royal University from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they completed a Bachelor of Management degree in HR and Labour Relations from The University of Lethbridge from 2005 to 2009.
