Jiyong Jung

Jiyong Jung has worked in the field of User Experience (UX) since 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Researcher at Performance Way Consulting, where they conducted research on bottom-up decision making and conducted research on PEST, local market analysis, SWOT analysis, and other related topics. Jiyong also provided consultation on corporate transformation and policy formulation. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a UX Consultant at RightBrain, where they were responsible for UX design, UX research, AI service, UX analysis, and consulting on AI technology. Since 2020, they have been working as a User Experience Lead at AIMMO.

Jiyong Jung attended Yonsei University from 2006 to 2014, where they obtained a minor in Business Administration and Management, General and a Bachelor's degree in Physics. In 2013, they also obtained a CF (Certified Facilitator) from the Korea Facilitators Association.
