Pavel Boháč

Pavel Boháč is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Advance Planning and Scheduling Business Unit at AIMTEC a. s. since March 2013, where responsibilities include managing operations, evaluating performance, and developing strategies for improvement. Prior roles include team leader of the APS department, where Pavel focused on team cohesion and project management, and APS consultant specializing in system integration and production planning for automotive companies. Additionally, Pavel has extensive experience in the medical sector as a SW & HW support and economical manager, engaging with insurance companies and leading staff since January 2007. Pavel also held the position of Chairman of the Board at the non-profit organization JET from January 2007 to January 2016 and worked as a Junior Researcher at Rice from October 2012 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include an Engineer’s Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of West Bohemia, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences.
